I bought from here after quite a while and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. Everything was excellent and the staff at the drive through was really friendly.

Their portion sizes are very small qhwn you purchase the all in one feast. The lady that was taking the orders in the drive thru was very helpful 5 * for her she went out if her way to add to my order and to ensure it was Ready before i reached the window to pay and collect.

Absolutely disgusting service & food. Firstly, they didn't even have garnishing inside the burgers, they just gave the chicken, bun and an overwhelming amount of prego sauce that soaked the entire burger, didn't taste like a KFC meal at all. Staff was extremely rude, they lacked professionalism and customer service skills entirely, even driving up to place your order, you have to say Hello at least 10 times before someone responds and they are not very welcoming. Constantly missing items from the menu. Gave my R2 for hope and never returning again, hope they keep the R2 for themselves because they need it more :)

Service was pathetic and food was even worse. I have even complained to KFC customer care but received no response. Food was terribly prepared and even had hair in it.

Drive through is slower than standing in the que inside. Food is not up to KFC standards, mash and gravy is watery. Chicken looks creamy instead of brown. No taste.
