I recently broke my foot and was struggling with how to remain fit despite my injury. Coach Janus offered me his assistance and suggested atailored training program to accommodate my injury. He gave me useful tips on how to warm up and stretch properly, as well as making small modifications to my routine to suit my injury. Training with him has been incredibly professional and helpful.
