Absolutely horrible customer service. I asked this lady to please explain to me how the store card works and her response was do u have a phone?" to which I hesitantly responded yes. She then told me to go onto their website to find out how the card works.If people don't want to work they should just say so. The unemployment rate in SA is over 30% and I know people who would kill to have that job. It's heartbreaking to see people treat their jobs this way especially in our current economic climate.Never setting foot in this store ever againa

You never get customer service here never... You'd ask to be assisted for certain products you'd never get any.... If you wanna waste unnecessary time going all over shop shelves this a place to go...Cash register often have to leave tills to go double check product codes back at the shelves another time wasting.

Considering i always shop at cash build... i found this one in dobsonville very disappointing and incompetent,they didnt attend to their customers, i had to wait for a guy by the exit door to help me as they seemed short stuffed. I will most definitely stick to the one near Tshepothemba. The one near fair price andizi.

It was not good because i buy something for R13.95 but they charger me R14.95 i asked them they told me prize is up but from the shelf is other prize then by ther till is different prize that is not good please

Service was good got all the materials I was looking for... Prices affordable and reasonable... And we were offered a transport which the price was a bit too much bcz from the cash to where I live its like 15mins walk but the price was way unexpected but we managed to negotiate it. 80% happy with everything.

The cashier was rude. Totally disgusted at how people want jobs but don't understand how important it is to respect customers and their colleagues. At the end of the day, we are human beings, we all go through something, the least you can do is be kind to people. Happy to get what I want in the shop but totally disgusted at the cashier. People need to learn humility.

Poor customer service. Customer always right motto don't apply at the store. Floor staff are not always available to help customers. They don't value their customers, we have to begged them to help you.
