So I called the restaurant to complain about an order they messed up and they hung up on me. I order combo 4 through UberEats and they delivered combo 5 instead. I paid for the delivery but according to the UberEats app I did not pay for the order and also it says I canceled the order while restaurant was still preparing it. The story does not make sense because I paid for the food, even though it was a wrong order and now I must pay R75 cancelation fee. Poor service

They have one of the best African cuisine ranging from cow head, cow heels, mugodu, hardbody chicken. Their food is so yummy and on good display. The place is super clean and their service is very fast. Their steak, chicken and wors is superb and affordable. A full plate will have starch, 2 veggies and meat of your choice.

The food at this place taste good no doubt.It's typical home traditional food cooked very well.But the staff here is rude and unprofessional.They claim to have a delivery option but few days ago I called ordered and asked that they deliver.After hours they had not come.I then called back to enquire; the lady who answered the phone simply told me: Our delivery guy refused to deliver your food.So Maribelo staff has clearly made enough money they no longer need our support.They have reached a disgustingly level of comfort zone where they no longer need customers.And in as much as their food is tasty I've vowed never to ever spend a cent in there.I told the lady, are you sure you are speaking to a paying client because I can never give that excuse to a client.Typically black service.Rude and entitled.

Mostly takeaways for me but definitely a great go to mzansi comfort food restaurant with enough options. Clean place at all times when I am there. Attention to detail when plating.

Good food, organisation in terms of how quickly you get your order is a bit poor. Coordination is lacking sometimes especially when it's peak time like the lunch hour rush

I have ordered food here, I work 1 block away however, its been over an hour 30 mins since I ordered and now my call is being ignored. I work with Drs who have a strict schedule and now they do this. I am very dissapointed with this kind of service, please do better.

African meals at reasonable prices. The food taste so good.
