Communication has been terrible, no communication whatsoever, when you email you have to beg for a reply. There is excuses 24/7. Nothing is being shared or doubled checked with us. It's been over a year since we started the process I think we've heard 3times from them.They promise high and low they are the best in the industry and wrote the laws on this. But yet one year later still barely any communication and just generally when they reply you don't understand and nothing is explained.This is just my honest experience working with the front staff and the attorneys in charge of our things
