Loved my Session at Bodytec Gardens. I use it as an alternate gym to the Seapoint branch depending on my schedule and it's very cool. Spacious, open, great views and awesome trainers. 20min of hard training feels like a breeze

Arrived by pre-arranged appointment. My stuff was not prepared. Trainer was good. No towel for shower and no soap in shower. Won't be back. Tygervalley branch is TOPS!!

Bodytec has helped me with my general health, my fitness and for once in my life, I have some muscle definition and look generally more muscular. I cycle and Bodytec has helped with core strength and my back and neck pain have improved.

Seeing Nadia and the team at Gardens is my favorite part of the week. A year into training and I've lost 15kgs (with little change to my diet).They're motivating and make the sessions fun. Always leave with a smile on my face.
