Rude... No customer service...

Service is not good at all - registered to receive sms notification for repeat medication and never received it the past 6 months. The so-called service of 'no waiting' in queue for meds - registered to collect is not working at all. Still have to wait in queue for meds - close to an hour. Rather go to another pharmacy other than a Clicks Store.

This place used to be quite good but this year they've been terrible. You always wait for ages to be helped, they never seem to have enough staff to help the clients (only a few to do everything) and you hand-in your script but then they only prepare some of them beforehand, others you must physically go ask about and you often get sent from one to the other.It's become so frustrating and long-winded to deal with this branch.The staff themselves aren't bad, they're friendly and helpful, but I do think they don't have enough hands for all the work that needs to be done.

The service I received from the pharmacist assistant on Sunday the 20/11/22, was horrible. I will never use Clicks pharmacy in Gezina galleries again.

The Pharmacy at Gezina is pathetic. Most of the staff are extremely rude and thinks that they do us a favour by assisting . News flash it is your job to assist stop being angry at the world about it. People who collect their medicines already feel unwell and you are making them feel worse. Were is your humanity,? Even if you phone in for collection you still have to stand and wait forever to be helped. Only to get a rude unprofessional attitude. Zero for customer service...There are truly only three good mannered people that work at the pharmacy.. and it is the African man and young African lady and the young coloured lady. The rest should go for anger management classes and customer service courses. Really people you can be lucky that you have work.

Pharmacy service is very very slow. Wait on average an hour and a half to fill a prescription when there is only 6 people in front of you. Also registered for the sms notification when meds are ready, never get the notification. Rather go somewhere else.

I really appreciate the service I got from one of your employees at the pharmacy. Her name is Chantel. It was my first time at Gezina and the lady was professional and friendly. All accolades to you Chantel.

Very efficient with appointments for COVID-19 vaccines. Easy to make a booking, receive reminders and follow-up information. Was very quick without any waiting.

I like how quick and efficient the service here is. And the staff at the pharmacy are all knowledgeable
