Mediclinic Lephalale Hospital

The staff are friendly but that does not help them obtaining points as their services are extremely slow and not professional at all. Currently regretting our decision bringing our child for a check-up..

Except for two Sisters(who i had bad experience with) who don't want to do their job, the place is exceptional.

23 January 2019I drove myself to Mediclinic Lephalale in pain , when I got to the hospital the receptionist and the nurse were very kind to me , but I have receive poor service from the Dr , I explained how saviour is the pain and where the pain is , he didn't even touch where the pain is , to see what could be wrong but only for him to tell me that most woman that goes to the hospital with the same problem that I have is that when they go jogging they don't put on sport bra... and that Mediclinic Lephalale has no equipment that he can use to check me with , he can only refer me to another hospital in PTA ..................imagine yet it is a PRIVATE HOSPITAL

Hello, this is just to say how amazing the treatment was from the time I arrived at the Mediclinic. I was away for a long weekend getaway and needed seven stitches in my hand. The receptionist Bianca was so efficient. Thank you to Sister Salome for everything you did to help me and then to the most amazing doctor, Dr Mphelo. Thank you for being so kind and gentle and for doing my stitches so beautiful. You were so calm and polite and I never felt anxious during the procedure at all. Lots of love to all of you Michelle
