I ordered food online, when I got to the store I was told that the milkshake machine was broken and I should wait they want to ask someone what they should do with my order . Later was told that I will be given a refund and after waiting a while a third person approached me to enquire about my online payment method then she called four other colleagues of hers they gathered in a corner and she started using the mashind to make milkshakes and came with my milkshakes. I was already bored when I received my order because I couldn't understand why if they have an error or shortage on their side why does it not reflect on the app also to avoid such unnecessary waiting and discussions.

The place is nice and clean with fresh and nice food but the problem during loadshedding you cannot swipe the bank card to make payment

Ordered via WhatsApp, I was told WhatsApp order could not be captured on drive thru. I had to join the queue on drive thru & join queue inside.

All round , service was good...no complaints...we arrived just before closing time and the stuff did not have bad things to say..instead they helped us with smiles and got served pretty quickly

The staff is not professional, they are always facing problems with their cards machine. The tables take time to be cleaned, the service is bad. Cashiers always respond with attitude
