The complex is neat and looks well maintained. There's an elevator and a small pool. The visitors parking are limited for the number of units in the complex and that pool is just too small. The blocks are also stacked so most do not get sunlight. The complex is located at a nice location with walking distance to most amenities. Gautrain pickup point is right next to the complex, but you can still catch public taxis on the main road a short distance from the complex.

Clean apartments located next to Rivonia village shopping centre where you can get all the basics. Quick access to freeway either N1 south or N1 North and N3 East. You are 15 minutes away from the Sandton City.

The Apartment is in a posh area. The neighborhood is very quit. The apartment has all the amenities and is also well secured. The Market is just at the walking distance from the apartment.

High density living. Heavy traffic to access via Rivonia road at peak times. Poor drainage on walkways. Low water pressure on 3rd floor. Safe and secure. Plenty parking. Very small bathrooms. Like really tiny.

I visited the Sandton Hare Krishna Centre actually, for lunch, which is across the road. The sanctified vegetarian food was fresh and delicious.

Nice apartment but no view what so ever you literally looking into someone's bathroom, kitchen living room the minute you you step out. Also the security seems lax which was quiet surprising. Or is it something to be concerned about !
