Great service

So I am not the person who normally would go to this extreme, but when a company constantly leaves you in the dark and with little to no customer service and broken promises what can you do....We handed my son's nebuliser in last year (2020) 14 December for repairs after a year of use. It has a 4 year warranty. CF patients need a nebuliser daily for various meds. Any case, we were supplied with a company nebuliser on loan, however, after 5 months we still do not have our own nebuliser. I have had to contact Brenda the company representative multiple times and only received false promises. Last week she admitted she forgot about our unit as she was busy???? This after I phoned her, emailed, her, messaged her and was just ignored and only received a response upon posting on the CF Facebook group about the lack of service. In February it was a similar struggle to get hold of her. Today I had to contact her again just to hear she is trying to locate our nebuliser"

I have a problem with my Philip's CPAP machine. What wonderful service and amazing people at the Melville Johannesburg branch. Friendly employees and willing to assist. Have even offered me a loan machine until I get sorted. Will never use anyone else. In fact I will buy a new machine as spare from them. Once again well done.

Thank you Shaneen at JHB sleepnet branch. She did all the arrangements with medical aid and got he approval for my machine. She has always been prompt on her response and been supportive. As an individual in the medical field, it was just shocking been diagnosed with sleep apnoea. My first concern was the the process of getting the approval from medical aid for my machine. Shaneen assisted me the same day with a cpap machine on loan and within less than 2 weeks I had my own cpap machine paid in full by medical aid. Thank you Shaneen and keep up the good service.
