My partner was admitted early hours of this morning. They made us sit in a waiting room fir 4 hours only to tell us the doctor is coming at 10am. He how still at the hospital. When I call nobody picks up terrible experience.

The worst of all hospitals ever assault victims don't get help at all , I say this because ppl that were previously assaulted by the same person never got helped and I had to get my son to a private doctor who said the nose is broken whereas the doctor at this hospital yanked on my child's nose and said there's nothing wrong with his nose and gave him Mickey mouse pills which we dumped .this poor child struggled with breathing and couldn't even sleep .I will never ever attend that circus because the service is non existent there they might as well shut down ,I give this establishment a -100⭐

This is the WORST Hospital/Clinic I have ever been to in the Western Cape. The Nurses are extremely rude and hostile with the patients who require medical assistance. My wife who possibly has TB has to wait 5days for her test results which normally takes less than a day. We have called them numerous times for feedback and all we get told is WE MUST JUST WAIT" and in the mean time my wifes condition slowly gets worse and she has to endure the pain she is going through. The entire hospital needs to be restructured as the service and staff is pathetic to say the least. The worst thing about all of this is that I cannot take her anywhere else to seek the medical attention she requires."

Last night, myself and my family experienced a loss and we were all waiting in a corridor where they told us to wait. This lady security guard abruptly told us to move to the waiting area in which she had no way of speaking to us, she was extremely disrespectful and rude, and had no compassion for us mourning. Very disappointed in the way my family was treated by security staff members at this hospital.

My Mother has been diagnosed with an illness and been referred to the day hospital. She specifically went to the day hospital early with her referral letter so she would not have to sit in a long queue the whole day. One after twelve a nurse approached her and some other patients, after they had asked for assistance, to confirm that the hospital need to clear all the appointments before they can be assisted and that she does not know whether they can assist her. My mother asked what time that would be and she said that she doesn't know and doesn't know if the doctor would have time to even see her today and then went on to say that the hospital is fully booked until January 2020!!! This is completely unprofessional behavior! The hospital could at least appoint a staff member to see why the patients are there to see which ones are urgent and which ones are not. Many people's health deteriorate and some even pass away in our areas because of our poor health system. I really cannot stand this kind of behavior!

This is the worst most unhygienic hospital I've ever seen.The staff have no compassion, they do not have eny regard whatsoever for their patients and community. The waiting period at the hospital is ridiculous.... Sometimes the nurses look like they don't even want to be there and the manner in which they handle u I'm sorry I canoot say help or assist because thy do not makes a person feel sick to their stomach The only person with compassion, who gives respect and care for people is Sister Claasen I've never seen that woman on a break nor did I ever see a patient being ill treated. She is one in a million... Well done

This day hospital is pathetic. They don't even answer there phones and have all these emergencies numbers. I really don't know why you guys still practice or are nurses no compassion . Just remember that oath you took. May you choke on it . Sies.

Good eveningI would really like to extend a huge thanks to Dr Midgely and Dr Trimby from Heideveld Day hospital and trauma unit for their exceptional service from Friday evening and ongoing .these Doctors really displayed a passion for people I haven't seen and dispelled all the negative reviews we hear about this facility daily. TERRIBLE!I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE.THE NURSES ARE RUDE AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PASSION FOR WHAT THEY DO!I got screamed at for not having a letter from Groote Schuur to fetch my blood results. Keep in mind that the hospital just told me to fetch my results within a weeks time and gave me no letter.The nurse that was outside getting the people in order had such a bad attitude and made so many people feel small! I am disgusted by the way the people were treated by her!

Worst service ever, my brother had a cut hand. The nurses are incompetent and rude. If you are sick or injured go anywhere else. They have no compassion no etiquette. They way these staff talk to older people is absolutely appalling.
