Lady working at counter 4, has no respect and kept calling me my dear. What is my dear, my name is written on the medical aid and didn't have the decency to even explain to me. I felt disrespected and let down by the hospital. It's my time my medical aid and she is not so nice.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. If you have prescribed medicine and didn't want the generic of it and they haven't got it in stock, they find out for you which Dischem have it instock and do some arrangements with that Dischem. You can just go there and pick it up!
