The two lamps that I ordered simply do not work. I strongly recommend against purchasing the lamps.Sustainable should refund me. I am seriously considering asking the credit card company to reverse the charges

Their friendly service abd prices are really 5 star! Unfortunately the delivery need some attention. We decided to pick up our order after 5 days seeing that it would take another 3 days or so. They immeduatrly ask my details to refund the dekivery coasts I paid. Thank you Nikita and Samantha !

Supposedly Cape Town based with items in stock and 3 to 5 day delivery time. Paid a premium compared to other national online retailers. When order placed items split into three orders which had to be dispatched from 'warehouses' (read suppliers) in George and Johannesburg. Could have bought the same direct at better prices.

Order took over a month to get to me.Terrible communication from the sustainable team. Items that eventually came were fine, very unimpressed, I had heard good things about the service delivery from sustainable but this was not my experience at all. Would not recommend...

I ordered batteries online which were placed on backorder as they were out of stock. The service staff were friendly when I contacted them. Problem is I had to contact them all the time to get updates. They would say stock should arrive in 2 weeks and they would communicate with me should there be any update. Once 3-4 weeks goes by without any feedback, I would have to phone again to enquire. Took about 2 months for my order to arrive.So I would have had a much better experience if they had just communicated efficiently as they had promised they would, but otherwise the buying experience was fine.

If you are looking for an expedient response from a company, please don’t expect one here. Have had to follow up constantly and as a result have had to take my business elsewhere. Disappointed consider the numerous positive reviews.

Helpful when I was enquiring, but I haven't received an update on my order since I ordered 13 days ago at the time of writing this. I received a courtesy call that I would receive an update soon, but nothing since. I have emailed sales and orders without response. Their SLA is shipping out within 48-72 hours, and this has clearly not been met.If you're going to run an online shop, make sure you can ship products timely, especially when you're dealing with power things.

Update 2023: Ordered a circulation pump + solar panel that was very hard to get hold of in South Africa. The price was competitive and delivery a few days after placing the order. Everything was well packaged and in excellent condition on opening.Excellent service. Ordered goods from their website and got a call back shortly after to confirm when delivery can be made. Goods were delivered the very next day.
