Called the store 3 times and customer care and no one can help

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I collected my orders and I had two more that I needed to receive but the lady insisted that she checked the back and she had just come from there and theres only 3 orders and I kept telling her that I have 2 more and it says ready for collection. I eventually got her to go back and then she found the rest of my orders. Wasted so much of my time!!! I will never go back there because theres no customer service skills.

I visited the make up section today and I am extremely disappointed. I went in to try the Maybeline foundation and the lady working there was really not helpful at all. She really stuck to me like glue which is okay if you are going to be assisting, otherwise it feels like she is guarding me so that I do not steal anything which is absurd. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but whoever was working there today 16/07/2022 was terrible. She kept on asking me why I was using the testers which is so ridiculous because you need to use the testers when buying foundation for the first time so that you get the right shade. Obviously the testers are there for a reason. She also kept on complaining on how the bottles were misplaced every time I tried one. Honestly, I eventually went to Sunninghill Dischem and the service was like day and night to what I received at Foshini. I even found what I was looking for. Please kindly do something about the service. I was so aggravated and I usually do not write reviews on Google but I had to this time.

No customer service. Only 1 cashier assisting people whilst other ones are just sitting not doing anything. When you ask for help they don't care.

They never seem to have stock of certain sizes which really sucks because Donna was amazing and all the staff at Donna was amazing. The excuse I always receive at Foschini is that they waiting for stock or they don’t know? Almost every week? Seriously? Even something as simple as leggings, this weekend they didn’t even have one pair and when we asked one of the ladies (who was really friendly and is not at fault at all) she said they haven’t been told if they’ll even get stock.Its so frustrating, especially when Donna at Greenstone was so great, Foschini just doesn’t seem to care.

The service here is always bad. Normally only one lady at the tills to pay & they are so slow to serve people. I have walked out more than once because of bad service. Waited forever this morning to pay my account, eventually walked out... lots of staff walking around & talking but not serving...

Lost my click and collect parcel, don’t answer their phones and have offered no way to resolve the issue of my missing parcel which pargo says is at the store

Great service Tshepo, he organized another branch ( where there was stock available) to deliver to the branch in Greenstone shopping centre where I then collected.

The service at this store is very slow. There will be only one person at the tills while there are plenty of customers waiting to pay. I do not recommend shopping here. Plus their system is outdated.
