Gym is generally nice. Would get a better rating if the pool was hotter. I swim late afternoon /early evening and the pool is by then almost always cold. But in all fairness, the staff are almost always friendly and willing to help and the gym is well equipped

Great gym. Not too busy at peak times but you may have to wait for some cardio machines. That's usually your days earlier in the week. Change room and toilets are clean and staff are super friendly.

Very clean. Good equipment. Had an issue with our free promotional months but the manager Edwin despite the incompetence of the head office managed to fix our problem promptly.

What an absolute shocker. Firstly you are unable to enter the gym to the Kauai without filling out a whole form for Virgin Active. I am visiting the Kauai not the gym. Why should I share all my personal details with Virgin Active just to buy from Kauai. That is absolutely the most crazy thing I have ever heard of.

Good gym, change room and gym are clean and staff are friendly. The TV’s tend to freeze every 30 seconds which can be annoying when you’re running.

Good gym just some of the machine need to be upgraded and fixed. Need to pay more attention to make sure equipment is working properly.
