I hate to complain because I did once and I was refunded the pieces that were short.The second time I was double charged I wish Kentucky owner can see this I still have a proof but I ket if go because I will waste my busfare and maybe the problem is not solved immediately. It really makes me so reluctant to shop there.

Very disappointed in the service I recieved from KFC Motherwell made an online order and paid online. I hade to wait an hour to receive my food when I went to collect. They kept on saying my order is not visible but I bought my order slip.KFC please train your employees better when it comes to phone etiquette and customer treatment please.

Save yourself the waste of Money and go buy a pie at the garage next to this kfc rather. Even though I was made to wait the food I received was cold, Chicken was dry as dirt and you could tell It was not made just then. Disappointed to new. Levels

Bought the 9 piece bucket and the meat tasted funny only for me and my sister to get incredibly sick later on. The staff was very incompetent. I asked for specific chicken pieces and they failed to get my order right, instead of getting my order right, the guy was busy flirting with customers. Their service and food is the worst. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Bought 2 streetwise 5 online arrived on time. But the order was unsatisfactory. The meat was dry as if it was on the warmer for long. The chips were dry and cold. Very disappointed ☹️
