Bought a TV stand from the PMB branch,they deducted my money 3 times.I came with a bank statement to bring to their attention the other 2 deductions.They failed to refund me,over a month I kept wasting my resources to go and query,very incompetent team together with management ended going to my own bank to request a reversal.Which now had to take again somewhat weeks to investigate the matter before reversing.Could NOT pay for insurance,phone contract, policies.I will never buy from Best Home and Electric EVER AGAIN.WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!
