I'm waiting in this Postnet whilst the only person responsible for serving is standing outside smoking and chatting with personnel from the adjacent laundry. Disgusting service!

A good clean store with all that you need. But they have to add more staff. One person is not enough to cater for the store as at times you will wait for a long time.

The elderly woman working there is too slow. I don't have an hour to wait for her to 'multitask'. Help me get my stuff done efficiently. I will never come back here again!

The ladies who work here are very friendly and efficient. They do not waste your time and they are very professional. I only use this postnet now even though it isn't the closest one to my home. Very good service! Well done.

The service is really poor.Phoned to find out if my parcel have arrived and the lady tells me to phone back in 2min because she is busy.Very poor telephone etiquette.Did not receive a notification to tell me the parcel is there.

I went into Postnet,told the cashier the parcel was fragile,she told me they don't have boxes,or bubble wrap..advised me to go buy bubble wrap and come back...ended up not sending the parcel because there are no provisions made for packaging fragile parcels. I was flabbergasted

Very unsatisfactory service. No sanitising, no temp checks, no bother signing the register, but it is there for the show only. Employees are rude and assist others while i was there 1st. They wont see me again.
