Pathetic service received for Saudika at Vangate Mall, she phoned and smd's on 09.02.2021 saying his upgrade phone is ready for collection. When he arrived she said the system stock on hand was incorrect he can come back on 10.02.2021. When he went back on 10.02.2021 she told him the warehouse hasn't delivered the phone he needs to return 11.02.2021. Disgusting service as the Manager Washiemah instructs her staff to say she is not available when customers want to complain. I will definitely never recommend anyone to this store. Bad customer service.

They should close the branch. There's no point having it. Waited for an over an hour for a Sim swap. There are 3 staff members but only one can do Sim swaps. Rubbish service.

Worst service ever. I've called for 3 days after each other and each time I call and ask about a query I get told there's a client in front of them they will call back and they take my number. But guess what no call back has ever happened!I've asked to get a phone in stock because you guys don't have it and I don't feel like coming in to ask the exact same question that I can ask over the phone.Your customer service at this branch is ridiculous, why do people even have jobs when they don't even put their customers first. Are they their to just earn a salary and to home, don't care about the world.I'd give 0 starts if I could. Pathetic..

Worst service ever. I stood for almost 2 hours without any help. There were 3 consultant and only 1 was busy with the client. The other one couldn't do a mere sim swap and the lady was printing god knows what for the entire time.

I recently visited Telkom in Vangate.I was doing an upgrade and was assisted by a consultant who couldn't really communicate well. Nevertheless another consultant helped after the previous one went home (leaving us after keeping us for an hour). The new consultant helped us graciously and professionally, after being in the store for over an hour we finally left with the devices I purchased.Thank you Whitney for all your efforts and work ethic, and for not giving up. 3rd time was definitely a charm. Best of luck to you and your professional development.

Horrible customer service. Went to the store for the fourth time today and they’re still giving me another “system” problem and that I should come back again. I advised that a person should call me when there aren’t any issues again rather than me always showing up and all they could do is “apologise”. I didn’t want to do this because I’ve worked at customer service before but THIS! Very upsetting.

I was given a number to call the shop .by a consultant in the shop.to find out if my payment reflected ..The number on a printed card is a private number and no one answers the landline number on the card
