I rented office space from Hugh for 2 years in the law chambers, numerous times I was overcharged for electricity, i struggled to get the amounts credited back. he tried to charge me electricity for 26 months instead of 24 months.he was meant to pay interest on my R22800 deposit which he did not.very disappointed in the way he dealt with me as a tenant at the Norwood Law Chambers.
