I absolutely give sales rep Pieter thumbs up for professionalism and paying attention to detail. I have never had an experience where a sales rep goes all out for a customer to a point where he took out the mattress from a huge pile, so that I can lay down on it and feel it's comfort. The store was not even open yet when I got there, but he helped me irrespective of trading hours. The delivery was very quick it took literally less than 1 hour to get my mattress at home. We honestly need more people like Pieter in retail business. I take my hat off for you good Sir. Pieter in Bloemfontein branch.

They gave me feedback on the delivery even though they do not have a truck of their own and have to make do with couriers. But I received my bed within the 10days.
