They are pathetic! They replaced my geyser and 8 hours later the water was still cold. When I called their emergency number I got a promise that I will be called at 8am the following day, which was a Sunday. More than two hours after the promised time, I was still waiting for their call. When I called their emergency number, no one picked up...all three attempts to get hold of them failed. I had to request my Insurance to get hold of them.Use them at your own risk. If you do, thoroughly check their work before paying them. They are not professional.

Very unprofessional service- Kwikot assigned them to us to replace our geyser that was under warranty. The team was swearing at each other, shouting from room to room and they also smashed their ladder where they accessed the roof leaving a dent and paint chipped off all over the floor. Unimpressed.I have recently had our geyser replaced with other plumbers who were chalk and cheese in comparison.

Our mains pipe sprang a leak in the wall. In under an hour Clive found the leak, opened up the wall and fixed the leak! We really appreciate his friendly and efficient service!

I am very dissatisfied with Mr Plumb. They were approached by my insurance (Standard Bank) and were supposed to fix my dripping geyser outlet. The first guy cleaned the valve but it still dripped. I asked for them to come back, they didn't turn up. Then I asked again and a team came out. They did nothing except dirty my freshly painted ceiling. They promised to come back but never did. I am not in the business of phoning and nagging. I will never recommend them, and don't want them near my property again.

Mr Plumb was appointed by Echelon Insurance to do an assessment on a blockage. They called me 5 hours later after the claim was logged & the plumber pitched up at 5pm on a Friday afternoon. Their landline does not work & as a result, there's no way of contacting them for an update or request to expedite things. Try calling them now. Their plumber was so unprofessional, didn't take my calls after calling me & the manner in which he spoke was shocking. I raised this with Echelon, they then appointed Leakfind & within 30 mins, I received a call from them, providing me with a time for their arrival.
