I got exelent service from the owner, he is willing to help no matter what the problem is. Even though I don't have an apple device he was able to help me and fix the problem. I would definitely recommend Ungrounded Tech. Top class service.

Kobus was efficient in taking my call and providing a quote for services to be rendered. He was also honest and trustworthy. My Mac's data was recovered, corrupt HD fixed and re-installed my OS within a couple of hours!

I feel I can definitely trust Ungrounded with any repairs needed on my macbook. I got my battery replaced without any issues and feel comfortable knowing they are certified and use official Apple parts. The 1 year warranty also adds to the trust. I would recommend anyone to use Ungrounded Tech.The service is both professional and quick as well as affordable. The tech was friendly, presentable, professional and knowledgable.I will not use another supplier for my computer software/hardware or IT related problems in the future. Something that also stood out is the fact that he stuck to the Covid regulations, which made me feel comfortable.
