My experience was amazing. Emaan Minords at MTN Cape Town was brilliant. Patiently answering all my questions and professionally. She was friendly, helpful and patient with my 15 year old, who also had some questions. I would go back to MTN Cape Town. Also, Jackie the hostess when we arrived, was very friendly and helpful.

I have had some problems regarding the contract I had made out and after visiting many MTN stores, Anthony from MTN Brackenfell in Cape Gate Mall helped me resolve any problem I had prior to visiting their branch and still offered excellent customer service if at any point I ask any other questions. Anthony has a bright future ahead of him and I do really hope the higher-ups of MTN will see it as well.

Marion MTN Cape Gate store L58 consultant and Nadia the samsung rep.If you ever want the best service ever see to it that these two ladies help you. I will give any day any time any where a full 10/10 to both of them. No need to rate 5 stars cause 5 is way to little when it comes to the extra mile that these two are willing walk. Thank you so much for the samsung 23 ultra your help your advise and the answers to all my questions.
