Very POOR service. The store mixed our orders up with that of another customer. We then phoned the branch manager and queried the matter. She was insistent that she could not do anything about the issue. This was extremely disappointing since the money that was used for the order was already taken out of my account. The order that was delivered did not match the monetary value of the ordered meal. I'm appalled by the lack of assistance offered by the manager .Extremely unhappy with the service recieved at this store . Definitely never going to order from there again.

The food was great as usual, however the cashier was not the greatest. She was attempting to help multiple people at the same time and ended up messing up more than one order. When I went back to correct the order and speak to the cashier, a different cashier assisted me and said they don't know who helped me (despite her name being on the till slip). I was unhappy with the service and then they tried to cover up an error.Other than that issue, the food us fantastic and the environment is peaceful.

Today for the 3rd time my order for the kids burger meal came without a bun. On the previous two occasions I addressed it with the store manager Aiden who gladly replaced the meal. I was very tolerant and understanding over this but today I lost my patience. When I called the branch they would answer the call but cut it let alone the 10 times they didn't answer. I sent Aiden a personal watsup and he hasn't responded. I then called the called centre and gave them an official complaint. Clearly they do not know what they are doing and if they are as busy as they claim.... then manage the store effectively. Get more staff Aiden and train them efficiently, dismiss them or better still you get the order done yourself. I I could rate it zero stars I would have. Pathetic service and disgusting food.

I went there there on Friday 20th Jan 20, I ordered 2 × Quarter Chicken Only with extra sauce, 1 starter livers.When I paid I checked my till slip, to my disappointment the cashier added two chips with the order.I told her that I did not order chips. She tells me that this is a special with the chips. Then she rudely said what I want instead. I informed her that I ordered two pieces of chicken only with livers. She started giving me options, coleslaw, spicy rice etc.This annoyed me and I told her to cancel the chips as we don't eat chips and any other sides. After I collected the order, I requested for a butter for the roll, the assistant informed me that it does not come with starter livers?????When I get home, another disappointment and nothing new, no extra sauce. However the chicken was tasty, obviously after adding our sauce.Nandos in Malvern need to up their game.

I bought a large portion of livers and it fills less than a 3rd of the box. (05 October via ubereats)Very disappointed. Their food taste horrible, served cold and the portions are tiny.

Flies killed the experience. It was disgusting. There were 4 or 5 flies at my table the whole time, flying in slow motion trying to sit on my food. I got tired of chasing them. I ended up leaving a little salad on one plate so they could feast on that while I tried to eat in peace. I looked around for pest control stations and found one across the room from me was on, but the one right next to me was off. Why would it be off, especially in the hight of summer? Nando's can do better really.

Nandos need to have indoor heating . Every nandos is always icey cold especially in this wintery weather. Try indoor heater to try and keep food warm for longer. Kids meals need to be upgraded.
