I'm not going to advise any of my friends to shop again in that store supervisor cashier all the same slow can't even press a bell to call her supervisor for assist terrible my the cashier is mahlodi nagokare. When l enter the shop they said no l can enter with my bag why do searchy bag when I'm leaving the shop doesn't sound right after l have spent almost 45 minutes in shop. Please improve with better cashiers.

Very, very, very poor service. Everything is very poor here. First, the store can be very untidy, second, those guys at the exit, I mean, they want to check your Plastic even after showing them your slip that you actually bought 1 bottle of Inkomasi. I mean, isn't it cear enough that there is one bottle in the plasit. Third, Money market, if it's not the attitude, it's the slow service, you would swear that a sloath is on duty. Some cashiers you will see that this lady is really angry, at whom, I don't know. They take their problems from home to work which is really not good at all. Also, the parcel counter, very, very, very untidy.

Bad customer service, inadequate training provided to those ladies who work in money market side, I hated eberymoment of being in that store. The attitude is on another level.

So I was trying to withdraw money from NSFAS... I had to wait a good 45 minutes while they had no money... And I was trying to withdraw R1000 I stood there and they kept sending me back and forth from till to till ..

Had a very bad experience at that store, bought a cake when I get to the till it had no bar code then the cashier rudely ask me to get onther one why didn't I look that there was no bar code said the cashier! I was not there to evaluate if every item has a barcode or not I was there to shop it is the stores responsibility to ensure that every item has a barcode, u understand that we are human we make mistakes but a way of asking a customer to go fetch the item should be atleast have respect in it. Do not take black community for granted please train your people on how to treat customers!
