Impossible to get any service. Even online ordering is a disaster . They send quate without prices. Never return calls. Cell fone nos on voicemail. Landline just rings for weeks. Giving up hope with this company.

Cant believe a company like this is still in business. Trust the reviews, customer service is terrible. I went on Saturday to purchase tunnel plastic. I called the Friday to confirm that they are open on Saturday and could assist me, which they did. I took the 40 min drive from Johannesburg to get there only to find out they are closed. They just decided not to pitch up according to an employee there. The price was good by like they say you get what you pay for! Rather spend a little more and support a business who values customers.

Dishonest company that should be avoided.Purchased a DIY kit for a charity project. As soon as I paid the owner stopped co-operating and communicating with me.The kit supplied was incomplete and the company refused to provide the installation manual for the DIY kit. This made it all but impossible to install the greenhouse to an acceptable quality.My advice is to rather spend a bit more for your greenhouse and work with a reliable company.

I will honestly discourage anyone from using this Fly by night bunch of clowns. The workmanship is of such poor quality there is no words.Worst buy I have ever made.

They arrived late with the wrong sized plastic then demanded the final payment be made in order to buy the correct plastic.This then took another week to install.Once the project was completed I was left with a greenhouse full of holes and gaps the pulleys werent fastened properly which resulted in my flaps getting damaged.I have tried speaken to management to which the only response I was given from them was a aggressive and non helpful..Save yourself the money and trouble

Never again!!! I live in Namibia and bought a roller up greenhouse from them in June 2022. The communication until payment was excellent and then the chaos started! Evans frequently said they deliver to Namibia but that never happened. I waited a month of daily promises that they will deliver soon! Then decided to organise my own delivery and the goods where in Windhoek not even a week later! However, I didn't receive a rollerup tunnel but just a standard tunnel! Then I asked a hundred times for the diy manual and invoice and it took him another 6weeks to get this done!Should have read these reviews before to avoid this terrible experience
