Pick n pay is a great shopping place.My wife loves it. Good on variety and very clean. The management is always visible and approachable.But on this particular day, I went to till number three. This cashier was as moody as hell. So was the packer. No good morning, no hello, none of that sort.She took my groceries, put them through the till, and just waited for me to pay. Not a single word was said. Her packer came , just as sullen, gave my trolley,and left.I thought “Woow” customer service is great!

Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. When I come to shop I don't want to deal with the many inferiority and superiority complexes of your checkout staff and your packers in particular. Basotho women in the service sector are excessively rude to other women, especially other black, but foreign women. If the owners of these establishments want to enjoy good business teach your female staff(that includes men who behave like women) to not envy and try to berate and demean their customers. I, for one, am ready for them in 2023. 2022 I was still acclimatising and gave you the benefit of the doubt, but now I know you are just excessively rude people.
