I would recommend using them they very good and made the moving process easy.For complexes it’s best that they have that mini truck bakkie vibe with the trailer(best for a two bedroom furniture) as the big truck is best for standalone houses. Complexes have many rules and to avoid that it’s best you bring that one once.All in all. They were a great help

Being a pedantic and fussy customer, I was really concerned about getting the RIGHT removal company to handle my expensive, hard-earned furniture and appliances with care. With that said, after much research, I sceptically had to choose one. Biggles was the one..........and man, WAS IT THE ONE! I would recommend Biggles Removers to all and sundry. Vaneshree, Kephas, Kgomotso, Norman, Tanaka and Ian were professional, efficient and handle ME AND MY POSSESIONS with the utmost care. Thank you Biggles Team.

I have had a horrible experience with Biggles Removals Company and I would not recommend it to anyone. My LG NanoCell 70 inch flat screen TV was delivered (on a shared load 8 ton truck from Cape Town to Johannesburg) with a cracked screen and the company says they are not going to help me fix/fix the TV because they claim that I am the one who damaged the TV when I transported it to the storage (where they picked up the TV) using my own car and also I did not take insurance which they did not tell me anything about by the time I paid for service fee. See attached pictures below.This is the response from the company We are sorry about your damaged TV and it is unfair that we have to take the blame as we did not test the TV before loading it and we think this might have happened when you took it to the storage". However they say their policy does not state that they should test appliances."

I called and requested quote and they responded quickly. Even though they were not the cheapest we decided to use them. On the day they were very early and they had to wait for us and their service was outstanding not to mention that the truck was allowed in the premises due to the size. Vanesh and her staff made it easy by providing us with another small truck at no costs. I recommend them and her guys are so helpful and friendly. Thanks Biggles you are the best

Contacted Biggles removal company 2 weeks before relocating back to jhb. Got numerous of quotes and by far they had the best one, my goods even arrived before the time. Amazing experience and will definitely use them again.

Absolutely brilliant experience using this company. Needed to get 3 items of furniture from Durban to Cape Town without paying an absolute fortune. They were not only affordable, but they were professional and prompt. A rare combination.
