Langenhoven Mark / Market

Whenever we visit my daughter in Langenhoven Park, we will always pop in at the market.It’s a couple of hours well-spent as they sell everything here from fruit, to flowers, braai made while you wait, home made ornaments, clothing items, fresh juices, you name it and they likely to have it here.The last time I was there I was looking for knitting needles. The organiser of the market mentioned over the loudspeaker, that at 12 o’clock it would be loadshedding and that they expecting the weather to take a turn for the worst. That was 10 to 12. At exactly 12, the wind started to blow and it started to lightning.As the parking for the cars is across the road, we had to hurry before it rained. As soon as we were in the car it started to storm. That’s Bloem weather for you, all 4 seasons in one day.

Went to bloemfontein for a wedding.took the grand children to the farmers market for fun and to breakfast real South African food.rooster koek.

Great variety, food and atmosphere!!

Family fair with a large number of stalls selling a wide range of items, including fresh produce, plants, flowers, hand craft, food and great coffee to enjoy on site. A place worthy of a visit on a regular basis.

The vibe is fantastic and the people are so nice. The food is excellent. Will return for sure.

Very nice saturday market

There are very nice stalls there, although there is a bit of a repeat of some of the same stalls, which can be too much sometimes, although on the other hand again, it gives people the chance of the one stall has too long a row then they can try another one which has the same products. But one miss the old boeremark" vibe with the fresh vegetables from the farm and all that

Geel Sambreel has the most amazing home made lemonade, iced coffee and iced tea.

Food Craft Veggies Gifts - love it all.We had a great time at the Bloem Boeremark. We spent a few hours walking the stalls. Snacking as we went on all the great traditional home made foods, such as pannekoek (crepes), wors (sausage) and liver in net fat barbecued as you wait. We sampled (and bought) a few delicious cheeses as well.We bought farm grown veggies and fruits that was fresh, sweet and delicious.Bought a few interesting items and great gifts for family and friends. Hats, real leather belts, handmade jewelry and clothing.We left wellfed, tired but happy with our purchases at very affordable pricing.
