Paid for a replacement part and full service plus sundries, after 7 days, issues start happening, spark plug was never changed, ignition coil wasn't replaced as requested, license plate bulb is blown, battery fuse blown, exhaust bezel fell off, air filter wasn't changed and eventually had to replace the clutch. Had to take it to another mechanic were they fixed all faults, they even asked me when last did I send it in for a service. A good few k down the drain, but hey if it weren't for them I wouldn't have found the mechanic I have now.

the owners, Kenny and Amanda, are super helpful, friendly and professional - I took my scooter in for a major service and new shocks, carburetor clean and to fix a few minor faults. They did a spectacular job and fetched the scooter at my workplace when I still struggled with it afterwards. They really went the extra mile and fetched me at the side of the road on a Friday evening when my scooter cut out. Joseph, the main mechanic, knows his stuff and had my scooter running like a brand new one. Their prices for spares and labor are affordable and they guarantee their workmanship - 10/10, would highly recommend.

I received very good service from Kenny @ Perfect bikes. My scooter was picked up within less then an hour and taken to their workshop. The parts were difficult to get, but they made a plan. They also kept communicating with me so that I know what is going on and what things might cost. Saved me money and time. Thanks!
