I was really in a quandry about getting my vehicle transported to Gordons Bay in the Western Cape around 22 November 2022. For me it was the great trek of relocating and doing this alone was daunting. I was referred to Mr Pooven Munsamy and once he gave me his word, he stuck to it rigidly. I didn't have to take the vehicle to any depot, didn't have to meet anyone to hand over. Granted the property I had sold nd was moving from was central and the driveway was accessible as was the road, but he was the only provider that offered to have it fetched from my premises. I eventually made the move and the car was delivered to Cape Town. Some changes took place for operational reasons and what had me in awe was the prompt refund of the costs of part of the service that was nor rendered by the party in Western Cape. There was no haggling, no excuses, just straight business of you got what you paid for and if some aspect was not provided, then you received a refund. Mr Pooven is an honourable businessman and I'm glad I was referred to him. Irrespective of how small the job, his attention to detail and service delivery was utterly amazing.
