Terrible management. Someone drew on our car, even though there are cameras, nothing was done about it. Honestly, you’re on your own.Edit: Happened again last month. This time marks aren’t coming off. Emails sent back and forth between me and trafalgar. Promises were made, but kids still play around common areas and around our cars as usual.

Trafalgar will run this place into the ground. Been waiting for them to send someone to fix the roof as water is leaking into my flat and damaged the ceiling inside but Guess what no one is doing anything about that. So much for paying levies right. Its like I am staying in a leaking shack nxn.
