I appreciate the Fund's mandate and efforts to insure employees.Even if your employer is not registered with the Compensation Fund please come forth and seek assistance if you suffer injury, disease or even death (your family on your behalf) due to your job. The Fund will assist you and it will pursue your employer.

No star. Pathetic service. My dad is disabled and was to receive compensation for life. He is 74 years old and been up and down to the Durban Dept of Labour submitting forms as it expired thrice. A year has passed and still no monthly payout. If anyone knows the highest authority to have them reported and have this matter resolved, please post details. Thanks

Only reason why you are getting a star is because I have to tick it. They don't answer their phones or respond to emails and with a serious injury that can lead to paralysis they haven't made any progress for the past 4 months. What is the use of having this company around when they do nothing and just mooch off of payments from other companies.

Have to wait since June to the 05 October 2022 to get an email from call centre requesting me to resend my audit documentation after several follow-ups on the progress with no luck..disappointed.

I had to change my password to log in earlier this year. I'm not getting a reset email. I have contacted your department by email without receiving any assistance. I have phoned your department numerous times and was promised a response within a day. I'm still waiting. How can you expect me to keep my account up to date if I don't get the support from your department?
