iPhone X battery replacement and new back required. I was offered original or third-party replacements and chose the originals. The items took a little over a week to be delivered and I was kept informed of progress. Once delivered, the repair was done in a day. Very satisfactory service.

Went to Constantia branch. Needed battery replacement on a ipad. Was told there was a chance the screen would crack and that I then need to purchase new screen for R4k. Clearly these people have no confidence in their own work. Pathetic service. Front desk ladies clueless.

My Samsung phone wouldn't unlock and after having being palmed off by the staff in the Samsung store I headed next door to the real repair company.My phone was fixed in seconds. The care and the friendly approach from Leanne cured me from the frustration I was feeling.I got some great advice on phone care and how to manage my storage.Usually I wouldn't take the time to review a phone repair store, but in this case I feel they are worthy of praise. They are now my first and only stop for anything phone related.

Very good service. I love that they communicate via text, it make things so much easier. This is the best way to get your phone fixed fast. 1 hour to quote, and 3 to repair. That beats 2 weeks within the bowels of Vodacom any day.

Booked and had confirmation of a repair slot at the Cavendish branch, arrived only to find the branch had been closed for a week and will be for a month. Went to the next closest branch, Kenilworth. They tell me they don't actually do any work they, there just send it to Constantia. Now at the 3rd branch I book the phone in for a battery replacement. The website says 1 hour repair, and we have booked this device in online already. I'm then told they don't have any batteries in stock. Then told one was ordered, but they don't have an ETA. Then in a different conversation told that one was not ordered and they are expecting some form of shipment, at some time, absolutely no ETA. Was also told a few times that I would get a call with an update on ETA, which I never got. I also paid a R250 deposit which I was told I would get a call about, in terms of a refund. Obviously no call. I was hoping and expecting great service based on other reviews and the website, but the whole experience was terrible from start to finish. Now I still have a non working phone, many wasted trips and calls and R250 down the drain.

After a challenging situation with this store and a sad review for them, it is always great to turn that frown upside down and be able to turn a 1 star into a 5.The matter was dealt with directly with me by head office and in a way that few business do, honestly and openly on the entire situation and process.Thank you for restoring my faith in businesses and more importantly being owners/directors that look past just 'keyboard warrior reviews' and to the ones that matter and act.Kudos to you, TRRC.
