I spoke to a very rude female on the other end, once she heard where I was ordering from she became even more rude, I told her so and she really could not care less. I asked her if I were to come and fetch the product myself would that be okay and she simply kept being rude. I believe because demand is higher the attitude is that you need us anyway" which is unfortunate. I give them 1 because of this experience otherwise their website is very userfriendly."

Unfortunately received no service from this company. I emailed them to no response, decided to call in and was rudely spoken to and told they cannot help - thought I would support this local, small business, guess they don't need me and my network as clients.
