They cannot keep to time. A 48 hour repair service on a MX8 cleaner has now turned into a more-than-a-month repair job.They keep billing me for double than what they quoted for for pool cleaning services. They also quoted to provide pool chemicals with each clean but the service technician arrives without water testign strips or any pool chemicals. Long story short: I cannot trust what they tell me.

Pool has been green for 6 weeks already, keep calling them. It is such a mission to get them to come out. They keep making you wait till the next week. Spent the whole day waiting. Do not commit to times. Very frustrating…

They are mostly a pool equipment shop but sell Ozone (purified) Water. I go to fill my bottles regularly, tastes so much better than regular tap water. It's conveniently situated and only R1 per litre of water. Staff is helpful and very friendly.

Not even half a year old and timer does not work.:-( and can't get them back to fix it:-( and after 4 years the fiberglass is peeling off. Now the warranty does not cover that. I must pay to have it done.

Eric provided a quote to get my pool pump and creepy system working, full payment was made. A month later and pool is green, creepy non functioning. Work has not been completed as promised and it takes constant follow ups to get him to come out. Now we are told we need to replace our pump? Very frustrating.

No respect for pitching on agreed times this after you took leave from work to be there they only pitch up for work two days in a row in the afternoon, this after you have to find out what is going on. No supervision, workers on site hardly understands English, handing your gate keys out to unknown workers compromising security, damage your property, cement all over newly laid paving, damage sculptures which you agreed on should not be moved. Not within timelines. Had to get someone else to complete their work due their constant story telling and unreliability.

We started to redo the entire pool (still in process due to lack of service). They have no customer services. They dont come through on their promises.They dont show up for appointments. You pay 70% deposit and then they dont show up on time. They tell you they are on their way and then they dont show up at all. They never answer the phone when you try to follow up.

Gave wrong diagnosis which cost me an unnecessary replacement. Had no idea where to look for a leak on a filter

I usually do not write negative reviews as sometimes there are circumstances why there may be a once off lack in service. But, these guys are on another level and I wanted to help others not experience the same. They had been good for several months but the service I was getting has gotten worse. They fail to communicate with me when they may not be coming and unexpectedly come on another day. The last straw was when they asked for payment for both December and January to help staff with holiday season. I did not think anything of it and double paid in December. I those 2 months they came 4/8 weeks to do the garden service. And they did not even bother to let me know they won't be coming. They even had the cheek to send me invoice the end of January. I would strongly recommend not using their garden services!!!
