There was a female manager on duty whk got passed off because I politely alerted her that my toddler had spilt juice on the floor so j was requesting help with cleaning it up. Mind you I was very apologetic. Couldn't even enjoy the shopping experience. Do better!!

Thr staff is helpful. You may want to look for the prices on some products. Overall it is a very neat, clean and friendly shop.

Gelmar is a great store if you are doing home renovations. I was looking for hinges for a sliding folding cupboard door and was recommended to go to Gelmar. The staff were friendly and I quickly found what I needed.

Gelmar Randburg was well stocked for the items I was looking for. When I couldn't find another product they went out of their way to check at the nearest shops and reserved it for me. I didn't have to drive from one shop to another. Exceptional service indeed.

Loved the reception from staff members, was welcomed by the entrance by one staff member Anitah and she took us direct to we we can get what we wanted to buy and I am impressed by her product knowledge.

Staff at this store are very preoccupied with their own things. We took samples of bathroom accessories required and still supplied incorrect stuff. Just because they aren't attentive.
