Hi Kirby Team.I have been a Kirby owner for 20 years. Never have I had problems washing carpets until we bought the Kirby Avalir 2. Since then we replaced the washing roller and plastic" sleeve 3 times in one year. Shockingly bad engineering. Kirby please fix or change our Avalir 2.What will happen once the Avalir 2 runs out of guarantee. It will cost a fortune running the machine buying these parts. Surely by now you should have come up with a working solution and not place videos showing old dog to bark by telling us how to clean the parts to prevent plastic burning. None of the old unts had plastic running on plastic.I cannot believe that a machine that is extremely costly runs two plastic parts and we hoping it will not give in. Please tell me what to do as I do not want this to continue happening.Andre."
