Absolutely love every visit to Lavana. I've been going for the last 5 years and always get 5* treatment. Karabo is exceptional - always my go to for waxes and all the other technicians are brilliant too.

Friendly staff, top quality service and products. I had a facial, legs and arms wax as well as a mani and pedi done by Lulu and she was absolutely amazing. This has become my go to for any beauty treatment. I can't wait to come back for more

Had an express manicure and pedicure today and the experience was great. The staff were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They were punctual and I was incredibly happy with the end result.

Excellent service and treatment. Hope did a fantastic pedicure. It was really nice to be greeted by the many friendly smiling faces. This welcoming attitude was much appreciated. I highly recommend this spa. It may be a bit pricier than others but the treatment you receive is well worth it.

I really enjoy the ambience of the place. The massage therapists are very friendly and make it an enjoyable experience. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve enjoyed the massages with the odd occasion of once leaving and having severe pain the next day, hence the 4 stars. In general, I would recommend this Lavana. The prices are also decent given the location in the heart of sandton. Noise is minimal given that it is located below all the shops in Benmore centre.

The ladies at the Lavana Beauty Spa are always so professional and welcoming. I always ask for Lulu when booking my waxing appointments. She is such a lovely conversationalist, who has this brilliant gift of making one comfortable and relaxed with her calm nature. Love her.

Went to have a much needed massage at Lavina and was worried about being safe during covid. The spa was excellent about santizing right from entering. Strict requirements to enter to ensure good sanitization. All the staff had masks on. Felt very relaxed and safe. The massage was also really good.
