Aaah Nandos, home of peri-peri grilled chicken. For a fast food (“healthy”) joint, it was a pleasant experience. From the ordering process with a friendly cashier to the server who was attentive and polite. Enjoyed our food which left nothing more to be desired. The various sauces Nandos is known for were great condiments for a boost in flavour.Glad I ate here.

Laziest staff I have ever seen, we are in the franchise business as well.20+ people have come to have breakfast 5 minutes before opening which is at 10 including us - everyone was turned down while staff joke around doing nothing, at least let the customers in the store, all customers waiting went across the road to McDonald’s which I wish we have done.Staff need to get fired. - least the staff could have done was come to the door and inform customers of the opening times.How can you offer breakfast but open at 10 while mc Donald’s is right next to you ?I’m not a Karen by the way

You always have to check your food. Two times they didn't bother to put sauces sachets ai! Had to eat them dry

We went here earlier today for my Mother-in-law's birthday and I have to say that it was a pleasant and lovely experience. Our kids enjoyed themselves thoroughly and the food was perfect and oh so delicious. The Staff was amazing. Thank u Guys for the excellent service

Very friendly staff. Quick service. This was in person. I have a completely different experience with ordering off of their app. I think the whole online thing does cause some confusion but in person, I'm highly satisfied with the service I have received every time I have been there.

Watch your bill total, as discounts not added to total. I had to correct the bill with the cashier and the excuse was it is a system error.

A larger than average sized branch. It was quite busy on a Saturday night and it was during load shedding, however the ordering process was seamless and the food was ready quickly.
