I visit Rejoice regularly and I find her to be helpful, kind and gentle and always does a lovely pedicure. The salon is always neat and clean.Very relaxing, thank you Sorbet

This is by far my favourite Sorbet in the area. I always find the ladies so welcoming and friendly. Nana and the other ladies there are able to read when I need conversation and when I just want to close my eyes and zone out. It's not only my go to place for beautiful nails but also some my soul time. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a Sorbet in the area.

Omg I hate Sorbet so much that I have been given a R500 voucher by the company I work for and didn't want use it for almost a year because I was dreading going to them. So I get there to do a mani and pedi. The staff are not friendly, I was extremely uncomfortable and the experience is not comforting at all. They don't even help you take your shoes off or help to put it back after treatment. I fell of the chair on my butt after the pedi because my feet was oily from the lotions and they actually left me there for about a minute. I was trying to get up but couldn't because my feet were slippery. Then the lady asked if I'm ok I said no I cannot get up because my feet is slippery she just gave me the towel. Then I wiped my own feet and eventually she assisted me to get up. She still did not help me to wipe my feet and put my shoes back on even after I told her that I hurt my knee. Oh no never again, I pray no one ever gives me a voucher for Sorbet again because I have never experienced a good visit to this establishment ever. Will never be back. Support local and smaller businesses than large franchises.

Just had a pedi with Rejoyce. Wonderful relaxing experience. After some I’ll health and recovering from broken ribs, my feet and toenails were genuinely in need of some TLC. Thank you Rejoyce, I will be back.

Whoever takes the bookings at this branch needs some serious training. Whenever we arrive you would swear we were walk ins the way the front desk welcomes us. The booking is never correct and then the ladies are unprepared and we end up spending over 2 hours in the salon for gelish on hands and feet. It takes away from the entire experience. RIDICULOUS. We used to come here often and stopped because of this. We recently came back and were quickly reminded why we left.
