Very friendly and welcoming mense ....receptionist is very nice too unfortunately i couldnt get her name....and a big shout out to Philani who helped me with signing up for the membership card ,he was very nice and consistent...thank you virgin active <3

I joined this Gym last year November and the Sales agent promised me a bag, I am still waiting and enquired numerous times about this. Thats false advertising. I want the bag.
