Hi how long do you guys take to respond coz now it’s been two weeks I registered the business I did not get response even now

WORST EVER!!! Im not happy paid a package deal in feb 3k only thing I got to date was company registration which I could've done myself it would not have cost me 3000 I sent a mail in June I got a response saying my email went to junk mail. 29 July I sent another response saying i want my money back I haven't received a response yet it is now 29 August Still no response if I knew I was not going to use your services.

Please steer clear of this Company. They charge you for a service that they can't deliverand clearly cannot file returns correctly.My 2020 returns were filed incorrectly by their incompetent consultants. I have sent several emails to their CEO to no avail.

They have a too much care and they protect their customers

They do not return calls or do what they say they will do. 3 days and no luck getting anywhere. Confirmation of money received seems to be the most important thing in their office. From there nothing happens.

Very poor service from my personal experience, made an inquiry in January only to get a response in May. To prove that you are unprofessional an email was sent from me to you to cancel any further business dealing with your company but I am still getting emails from you guys with an email I was expecting 5months ago. You should learn to do better the poor communication really isn't doing your business any good

I've dealt with many companies over the years, but this one takes the cake for WORST customer service. They have one great looking website, one would think its a well established company, but seems there are only 3 people working there, very rarely get hold of anyone via telephone. I applied for a simple VAT, UIF and PAYE registration for one of my companies. Little to no feedback from the service consultant, after requesting for a refund for pour/no service delivery I get refunded a portion of the funds I paid. This company clearly lacks the ability to provide customer service, could not even provide basic accounting services, not even to mention bookkeeping. I would highly advise people to steer clear of this incompetent company and avoid going through the trouble I went through.
