Mason's Bike Inn

Fantastic experience. Brought my bicycle in and afterwards I was back on the road without any problems. Service is quick and efficient. Everyone is always so kind, understanding and willing to help. So happy to have found this place while preparing for my first Argus.

Have had my bike serviced numerous times, have had nothing but great service and care. Highly recommend.

I broke my dropper lever in a crash and every other shop I talked to wasn't very helpful. When I went to Mason's, he ordered me a new lever the same day. Once the lever arrived, I dropped the bike off in the morning and it was done by the afternoon. They did a fantastic job on it too. So helpful and super nice people. I highly recommend.

Masson and his mechanic do a great job. Was there several times now and have always repaired my bike very quickly. Wish I had such a store near me in Germany.

Got a bike from the shop at a reasonable price but consistently kept coming back for repairs and if it wasn’t for one fault then it’s the other. At first, service was great but later repairs were just halfway done, wanting you to come for repairs for different issues. Having ended up paying more than 2 times the actual price used to get the bike, and then you blamed once you complain that you coming too often.I don’t think they mind how often you come for repairs and you keep paying outrageously everytime which is quite not a good quality for a company to have.Totally disappointed at their customer service and I don’t advice anyone going there for repairs without actually finding out your options.Prices are outrageous and my bike spent 6 months in their shop for repairs and only to get down with another fault less than 1 week. Quite draining and felt like was taken for ride. At some point they make it sound like they doing you a favor.

Awesome experience, had a long ride planned and low and behold had a mechanical, they sorted it out before getting back from finding coffee, thank you again as it allowed the ride to be completed

I love the shop's new look. They are always friendly, willing to help, and reliable. Picked up my bike in Strand and dropped it off the next day. Convenient, hassle free, and well priced.

Great service initially however I ended up being really disappointed. 1 month before my birthday I went to find out whether they would be able to get a specific silverback bike that I was looking for. They said they would definitely be able to get it for me although it might not be in the color I want which was fine with me. I specifically checked that I could stop looking for bikes because the salesperson would be able to deliver on his promise and he said I didn't have to look for a bike anymore. My partner stayed in whatsapp contact with the man who informed us when the bikes arrived (as it was shipped) and that the bike only needed to be put together. Worried about the time passing my partner went to the shop to check on the progress himself. Only then did he find out that the requested bike never arrived and now, 2 days before my birthday, I hear that I won't be receiving the bike. It's very disappointing and I wouldn't ever feel confident to engage in business with this company.

Great service and affordable! I decided to commute to work again on my ancient bicycle. Mason's Bike Inn repaired my ancient bike within a few hours. I have done 3 trips to work and back. No problems yet. Gears and brakes work smoothly.
