Service is non existent with after sales service! Appalled at the indifference when dealing with fraudelent transactions on my contract- can't get my issue resolved and it's going on for 6 months -

This is the most useless vodacom dealer on the planet I did an upgrade with them for a laptop package including insurance And low and behold my laptop got stolen in a break in I went in spoke to the same consultant who did the deal they never updated my insurance and now say sorry they can't help after admission of not doing the change on their side so I have paid insurance for something I don't have and can't claim against it and I have to continue paying this is daylight robbery I will be taking them to the consumer protection board

Longer wait times than Home Affairs.

Your shop does not answer their phone. I bought a silicone screen protector at 10am today and it quality is poor. It keeps lifting

The worst vodacom I have ever been to period. They are useless. They lied to me and told me that my area had fiber which was not true. They told me if my cable breaks I need to go to the supplier in JHB and ask them to exchange my USB c cable. Once speaking to the supplier they told me this is not true and that vodacom needs to exchange it immediately.Yet we are still waiting.... like I said avoid this store at all costs trust me.

Staff literally lied to us in order to make a deal. We were informed that the specific phone will be available in a certain colour the next day just so that they would keep us at their store. The manager never came back to us (she could not be bothered) Sick and tired of people that HAVE A JOB and earn a salary for NOTHING. Over 30 % of people don't have jobs in this country. Standing behind a counter for 8 hours a day pretending to work is getting real old real fast. 1 / 10 would not go back.

Staff member was either drunk or high but he was in no way capable of assisting anyone. Saw a couple walk out because he was not even able to talk to them.

By far the worst. Don't answer phone calls. Don't come back on queries. Lied to me about fibre. So far no Sim activation on the interim sim after 3 weeks signing the fibre deal. Stay far away.

This place is a joke with the people that work thereOne of the employers, Steve, is nothing short of that.Whenever you call the shop he is never there, they always say that he is out for a short while,this happened about 3 times in one day. When he eventually does come back to the shop, he never returns the call, yet we kept leaving our number with others many many times.When WE have to call back, he then talks as if he doesn't know anything of the product, he has no knowledge of what we asking for, and he speaks so soft that we cannot hear or understand anything.Mangers of the establishment please handle this.I unfortunately had to take me business to a competitor in the same mall, who helped me in no time and I got what I wanted, despite trying to get the same thing from this shop for almost 3 days. SHOCKING
