My nails did not even last one day. It peeled off. I tried to chat to them via whatsapp and I got ignored. I messaged again asking for the managers/owners number and still got ignored. I won't go back there even though I live down the road and it is convenient for me. Had someone responded to my messages instead of just reading it then the outcome could of been different.Hi, thank you so much for your response! As i explained to one of the ladies, I am in Durban and i have not booked a return so i cannot come through hence i want a refund because i now have to pay someone else to sort my nails out.

My mom and I have been coming here a while now. They always have a booking when we need it, great colour range, and all that you could ask for in nail bar. Gugu’s work is perfection. All staff are lovely though. There WhatsApp booking service is easy to use.
