Great after sale service.

We have a Deebot N8+. This is probably our favourite household gadget. Working and living at home has meant and increase in daily cleaning and the Deebot has made that all so much easier. We have also had outstanding service from the Ecovacs team. If you want a decent product with great after service then going with Ecovacs is the way.

Wow Deebot X1 Omni! Recently got one and very happy with the hands off cleaning experience. No refilling mopping water tanks, changing cleaning cloths or emptying dustbins. Which means unsupervised remote cleaning is super easy via the app. Strong suction while surprisingly quiet and spinning mop is excellent at removing dirt and stickiness. Cleans way better than any manual broom, mop or vacuum. For anyone with a busy schedule, pets and/or kids, this is definetely the way to go. Best is an effortless full clean every day. Loads of nifty features. And last but not least, excellent after market service from Rob and the team!

After sales service is excellent! My Deebot had some software issues that Rob and his team quickly sorted out for me, at their own expense. Would highly recommend Ecovac!

As far as robot vacuum cleaners go, the Ecovac Deebot T10 plus is hard to beat.It's intelligence and practical use can only be matched by the out of this world client service received from Ecovacs SA. The customer first policy is maintained by the service we received. This customer centric brand can consider us loyal fans and can count on us as returning customers.

Good aftersales experience . My bot gave some problems ; were collected and tested properly. I were replaced with a brand new unit. A girls best friend is not diamonds but a Ecovac helping around the house keeping the floors clean . Thanks for regular updates and exceptional service
