Very unprofessional. Failed to reply to messages and wouldn't return calls. Wasted weeks waiting for them to supply a quote on a new installation. Definitely would never consider using them ever in the future.

Very happy with the service and quality of repair. Didnt expect appt to go ahead as 40+ degree day and stinking hot., but Nathan was awesome - friendly, punctual, professional and determined to get our aircon up and running despite the heat and a difficult job. Cannot fault the service, would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

If I could give Ryan and John 10 stars I would. Professional, friendly, punctual, good follow up and honest. Got our system working with only a call out fee which was well worth it. Great to see their company prides itself on courteous custome service. When I need a new one I know who to call. Thanks guys.

I see from previous reviews that people have also struggled with getting any response or service from this company. Imagine trying to get service from them if something went wrong. Not worth trying to contact them again. Pathetic.

I needed an aircon unit removed in a hurry so a concreteing job could be done. I contacted 2 or 3 businesses but none of them could fit me in. I explained my situation to the nice lady at Mandurah airconditioning and John came out in 2 days to do the job and no delays refitting. I cant recommend this business highly enough.

Called John to diagnose and fix what turned out to be a complex electronic problem with our reverse cycle ducted air conditioner. He also identified and replaced poorly installed cables which were sitting in water from when the unit was originally installed (by a different installer!)This business was recommended to us by another good tradesman that we use and I certainly can see why. John came to fit the new parts as soon as they arrived, was always on time, offered good rates and stuck to his quoted price despite unexpected multiple visits to fix the problem. Very highly recommended!!

I found this mob online after being recommended by a local plumber. I spent last summer manually having to get my evaporative breezair to run due to wear and tear on my 7 year old unit. After all the time I spent in the heat maintaining my unit, John from Mandurah Air-conditioning Services came round with smile and fixed it up in a giffy. He was nice to chat to, knew his stuff, amazingly efficient and affordable. Glad I got my AC fixed ahead of summer and cheers a John for an awesome job. I was equally pleased with the communication through the text messaging/website service so I knew when to expect the bloke. I would recommend these guys definitely.
